  • Tantone is Shredding into Summer for Our Customers

June 27, 2016 tantone2015 Comments Off on Tantone is Shredding into Summer for Our Customers

Tantone is excited to announce the purchase of a new piece of equipment for our production facility–a NEW shredder! This much-needed piece of equipment will allow us to expand our on-site and in-house shredding operations and improve efficiency. Tantone employees and staff love the new machine, which has allowed them to shred stacks of paper at a faster rate.

This new shredder will work in conjunction with the truck-mounted shredder that currently provides on-site shredding for local businesses like Branson City Hall and area banks. The new equipment will remain in the Tantone warehouse for walk-in customers who wish to see their documents shredded and businesses who are on a regular pick-up route. Tantone will also schedule one-time pick-ups as needed.

tantone1After the documents are shredded, Tantone sends the shred off to be recycled into items like tissue (like Kleenex), printing and writing papers and paperboard. Our recycling facility also accepts cardboard, glass, aluminum and these items 24/7 (we have after-hours bins in our parking lot.)

If you would like to bring documents to Tantone for shredding and recycling, our hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-3pm. Our team is always excited to see members of the community visit our facility. Thank you for your support!

    WHY RECYCLE PAPER?

Every ton of paper recovered for recycling saves 3.3 cu. yards of space in landfills. Additionally, a significant reduction in energy and greenhouse gas emissions are recorded. Paper is the most recycled material, with approximately seventy-five percent of U.S. paper mills using recovered fiber to make everything from paper-based packaging to tissue to office paper and newspaper.
